Your app is probably the best thing that happened to me! I always thought I just couldn't lose weight and that I was meant to be big, that's what people told me all the time. But the truth is I just wasn't motivated and I had no clue what to do. But after joining, my whole life turned. Thank you so so much! <3

About a year ago I started following your workouts and started seeing lots of changes! I have always been into fitness since I was very young but for awhile I lost motivation and was bored with the gym. Since I started following your workouts, my motivation has been restored and I’m finally seeing results again! So thank you for getting me back to where I wanted to be and even further!!

Ever since started working out with Iulia I... have... been... defeated.... her workouts are killer and I enjoy them every time I do them! I’ve been doing legs and my boyfriend has noticed a difference in them and my booty (yay!) I also never EVER workout my arms and needed to badly and her workouts got me wanting to quit... but of course I push through and end up loving myself more for doing so cause girl... RESULTS. If I could I’d rate this a 10 and higher I would but instead I will be highly recommending this app!

I started using Iulia’s workouts at the gym since the app came out. It has been such a perfect guide and I am finally seeing changes in my body that I have never had before!
